1.1. TUC HUY's trading platform provides online services for Vendors with the need to introduce and sell Vendor's products to potential Customers who wish to purchase Vendor Products.

1.2. All Sellers participating in the transaction on TUAN HUY free agreement on the basis of respecting the legitimate rights and interests of the parties through the contract and not contrary to the current law.

1.3. Products and services participating in transactions on TUAN HUY must be allowed to conduct business, circulation and not fall into the cases of business ban, advertising banned in accordance with the provisions of law.

1.4. All activities of buying and selling goods and providing services on TUAN HUY must be made publicly and transparently, ensuring the interests of consumers.

1.5. TUAN HUY trading floor specializes in providing advertising services, introducing programs related to the sale of Vendor products including promotion, discounts, but the discount rate will not exceed 50% as defined in Article 5 of Decree No. 37/2006 / ND-CP dated 4/4/2006. In addition, TUAN HUY also provides consignment delivery services for Vendors
